My Story
As a result of incorporating yoga into my daily routine in 2014 in my corporate management profession, I slowly started to transform my habits. I saw a difference in my mental and physical wellbeing. Listening to my soul's calling became an integral part of my life, resulting into more mindful choices in the presence.
Yoga practice has become essential for me, not only on a physical but also on a mental level, influencing positively all aspects of my being. To deepen my practice,I was guided in 2018 to a yoga teacher training, with the wonderful Meghan Currie. Immediately after my teaching training I started teaching worldwide, amongst others in Australia, Indonesia, Morocco and Italy. Sharing my practice with students all around the world in regular classes, workshops and masterclasses.
Traveling the world and sharing my love for yoga is an essential part of my work, guiding others closer to their inner being and calling. I believe that yoga is a deep practice of egolessness, compassion and breaking of our old patterns.
Why I Started Teaching
Yoga is an opportunity to look into our deepest self and create a self learning process to express and explore the sources of our potential.
My personal practice has developed a "connection cord" between the version of myself I created and the the real me. In the process of unlearning habits that do not serve me and building habits to become myself, I see yoga as form of expression and freedom. My own process and practice has guided me to share this experience with everyone interested in exploring some unknown parts of themselves.
Through moving meditation, yoga, we face resistance and hidden corners of our self that allow us to grow and thrive. We reconnect with our intuition and receive the chance of restructuring. Developing a tradition of mindfulness that serves our being.
